The Stacking Bed of Rolf Heide writes design history since 1966. Whether in the children‘s room, in the student flat share or in the guest-room – whenever an additional sleeping possibility is needed the Stacking Bed can be brought easily and comfortably in position.
Now this modern classic is also available in dimensions appropriate for children. Together with the stackable or growable box and cupboard system Müller Möbelwerkstätten offers a lot of flexibility on small space.
There is only one colour for children and that’s bright! Not only is our classic Stacking Bed the ideal companion in the kindergarden due to its stability and durability, but it also helps to create a cheerful atmosphere for the little ones through its wide range of colours.Due to its functional design the bed can be comfortably stacked on top of each other to give plenty of room for playing. At lunchtime they then convert back to individual beds and the border slat works as a practical fall out protection for the very small children. An optimal supplement to this would be the attachment cabinet system Modular: enabling almost limitless storage space due its wide range of combinations.
The stated basic price always refers to one bed, without slatted frame and without mattress.

1. Which paints does Müller Möbelwerkstätten use in its products?
For our lacquered furniture we use only high quality polyurethane lacquers of Hesse-Lignal.
This paint is a so-called two-component system. As the name suggests, it consists of two components. On the one hand from the base paint and on the other hand from the hardener.
Both substances are mixed shortly before the painting process to form the solid layer on the furniture surface after painting.
2. The painted furniture smell after opening the packaging, where does it come from?
As with almost everything you get new, our products emit after opening the packaging this slight smell of new goods. This is mainly due to the evaporation of the organic solvents contained in the paints. These fumes are not hazardous to health and disappear after one or two weeks, depending on the prevailing circumstances. We recommend in the first days to ventilate the corresponding rooms regularly.
3. Where do the paints used in the production of Müller Möbelwerkstätten come from?
As mentioned above, we purchase our paints directly from Hesse-Lignal. The company is based in Hamm, Westphalia and is one of the leading manufacturers of paints and stains.
Like Müller Möbelwerkstätten, Hesse-Lignal is a family business with decades of experience in your field. Hesse-Lignal was founded in 1910 and has since been certified regularly.

By contrast, our specialist dealers are specially trained personnel who have been trained by us to set up and transport the furniture of Müller Möbelwerkstätten.
Particularly noteworthy in the service "delivery by our dealer" are:
- Scheduled delivery according to desired date
- Delivery behind the first lockable door
2. Are all furniture delivered by the specialist dealer?
No, not in all cases we can provide this service. Of course, this depends on whether there is a specialist dealer in the immediate vicinity.
In addition, our small furniture can be regularly sent with a parcel service (GLS).
3. Assembly by our specialist dealer
The assembly can be booked separately in our online shop when ordering. The costs are based on the corresponding value of goods. Of course, the option of mounting is not mandatory, but recommended for selected furniture due to its complexity.
In addition to the actual assembly, this service offers further advantages:
- Carrying in the apartment included
- Subsequent disposal of the packaging and possible disposal of the old furniture (after consultation)
Of course, the option of mounting is not mandatory, but recommended for selected furniture due to its complexity.
For example, at
Yes, within Germany we offer a construction service. Click on "book assembly" in the shopping cart and your furniture will be set up at your home for only 5% surcharge by a specialist dealer.
